General Yoga Classes in Lane Cove

Join us at our General class open to all so we can meet each other and enjoy a well-rounded practice that introduces you to the main aspects of yoga and meditation. From here, we can formulate together specific practices that are most beneficial to you and encourage your home practice as well as support you with additional monthly workshops to keep you focused. Suitable for all levels. All equipment is provided.

Therapeutic Yoga and Private Lessons

We offer small group classes with individualised attention to ensure your technique is perfect every time. Each session is personalised with modifications offered specifically for you. You also learn practical tools and concepts you can apply to your everyday life. Prior to attending the sessions we look at what brings you to yoga and your life-style to find out how the yoga practices can be of most benefit to you. An introductory private one to one lesson is also highly recommended.

Prenatal Yoga Privates

Specialised prenatal yoga sessions in the comfort of your own home prepare and support you physically, mentally and emotionally for childbirth and beyond. We make sure you feel fully supported, nurtured and inspired on your journey. All you need is yourself and your baby bump. All equipment is provided. We also offer our very own Prenatal Yoga & Relaxation DVD to keep you going.

By appointment and may include a travel fee if away from the Lane Cove area.

Postnatal Yoga for Mums & Bubs Mother's Groups

Postnatal Yoga classes connect you and your baby and help you feel your very best. We focus on addressing any sensitivities and support your post labour recovery. We build your core strength safely, open up your posture and tone your whole body and mind. Stretch and release tension, enjoy relaxation and meditation for a nurturing practice to leave you feeling stronger and revitalised.

Creative Yoga & Dance Workshops

We offer a creative and uplifting approach to Yoga and Dance where you build strength and tone, increase energy and flexibility and have fun as you develop your creativity. You are guided every step of the way. No previous dance or yoga experience is required as you take your yoga into the performing arts. Workshops are held throughout the year.
